About the Role

You will participate alongside our construction expert and designer at the initial client meeting, where we carefully review the client's needs, wishes, and visions. The projects often involve new construction or extensions, both on land and at sea. Together, we shape a tailored solution and present an initial quote for the design phase. Our ambition is to guide the client securely through the entire journey – from vision and planning to finished production with our own craftsmen.

We are looking for you who are a sales-oriented architect, and who enjoys the concept of being present at the first customer contact, creating the drawings, following up during the project, and then participating in the final inspection. With us, you get to be involved in the entire process, from idea and drawing to the final documentation for production. The position is initially on an hourly contract, with good opportunities for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Sell assignments and help pitch the quote to the client
• Create architectural drawings and building permit drawings
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions and design documentation
• Design renovations, extensions, and specially adapted solutions
• Participate in technical coordination and project development
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for functionality, aesthetics, and buildability
• Provide support to project management and production on technical matters

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in architecture or a similar field
• Experience with drawing work, design, and building technical solutions
• Good understanding of the construction process
• A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working method
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

• Building conservation
• Renovations
• Client-adapted projects
• Structural understanding or experience with technical drawings
